Memorial Weekend

We spent Memorial Weekend with Jason's family at their lake house. It was a very relaxing and fun weekend. Jaxson loved to ride around the campsites and down to the shore in the wagon. He wanted to explore the lake and threw a couple temper tantrums when we wouldn't let him go off by himself on the road. He pulled his hand away from ours stooped down real low, got very tense, and screamed! Oh, the things we have to look forward to, ha ha. ☺ He ate like a champ. I cannot believe how much this little guy ate! He slept pretty good all weekend, too. He had a great time except for his first boat ride and that is just because of the extra piece on an infant/toddler's lifejacket that is supposed to hold their head above water. He did not like that one bit and we couldn't blame him, he could barely move his head with it on. After we got back in the cove by the marina we took it off and he enjoyed playing around in the boat with it off. Hopefully he will get used to it and learn to live with it :( because he will enjoy being out on the water as much as we do. Here are some pictures from our weekend.

This is a photo from last week. Jaxson's first bubble bath...he kept trying to wash the bubbles off his hands, he would put them down in the water and shake them off and then as he lifted them back up they would get covered again!

Next post... Jaxson's first swimming lesson tomorrow, we can't wait!
