Family Weekends
We have had two great relaxing weekends at home. We spent the morning at one of the parks in Valley and then headed to Lawrence Dumont Stadium to see all of the trucks on display. It is an annual event, kids can climb all over the trucks and honk the horns and flash the lights. There was everything from the Zamboni they use on the ice rinks to garbage trucks, school busses, street sweepers, firetrucks, ambulance, American Red Cross disaster relief trucks, Hiland ice cream trucks, concrete mixers, dumptrucks and other construction vehicles...all kinds of trucks. It was really cool. There was also a big play area with rides and those inflatables and concession stands all supporting the Make a Wish foundation. It is going to become an annual family event for sure! Jaxson LOVED the firetruck the best. The firefighters loved his "million dollar smile" they said that is why they became firefighters because at that age they felt the same way whenever they saw a firetruck. Maybe our little man will be a firefighter some day. :)

Watching a couple girls turn the water on at the waterpark and trying to figure out how he can get over there before we catch him, lol.
