5 months!

Jaxson is making the funniest sounds, he's our little motorboat! We started rice cereal last weekend and he really likes it and does a great job, barely any of it runs down his chin. He gets so impatient right when the spoon comes out, starts screaming like crazy and shaking his head with his mouth open wide, you'd think he hadn't eaten for weeks! Then after a second he gives up and shoves his thumb in his mouth, what a mess! :) He's getting so close to crawling, gets up on his knees with arms extended and rocks forward and backward but then lowers his front and slides it as he pushes off with his knees to move, won't be long! Need to get the house in order for a baby on the move! He's still loving his bath time, loves to throw the toys out of the tub and kick his feet so the water goes everywhere. (Mommy encourages it by laughing and demonstrating and Daddy gets annoyed and starts cleaning up the mess ha ha ha ;) ) Last weekend Jaxson went to his first k-state football game, we had a great time and he did so well on the trip there, at the game, and on the trip home. We had a crazy week, he got to spend lots of time with Daddy this week which they both loved, while I worked. :P Today I have the day off so Jaxson got to stay home from daycare. Can't believe he's already 5 months old! He's such an amazing little guy, we love him so incredibly much!
