On my 10 month b-day...
Trying to figure out how to get Daddy's hats off the top of the coat rack.
Pulling ziplocks out of the drawer one by one and handing them to me, ha ha. Yes, I let him do this and he pulled out about 20 before he moved on to something else. ;)

He was wide awake one morning laughing and talking to his Mickey so I tried to take a photo in the dark, didn't work so well but it was so cute to listen to him.

Loves playing with hats.

Not satisfied until ALL hats are on the floor with him.

Reading with Daddy.
He's going to have one very goofy looking ear because he can sit like this for an hour with one ear folded over and his thumb in his mouth. :)

I cannot believe it has been 10 months! 10 amazing, incredible, wonderful, challenging...months. I love Jaxson's curiosity, laughter, mobility, independence and dependence...everything about him. ☺His favorite things continue to be playing with his Daddy's hats, climbing, and emptying all drawers/cabinets/tubs/boxes, etc. I was watching a Brad Paisley interview once and he was saying his son was in the "raccoon phase", that is totally Jaxson right now, everything in a tub, box, cabinet, drawer, etc. gets yanked out and thrown over his head. It's funny to try to put it back in while he's yanking it out because he tries to go even faster. He loves biting down on his bath toys and squirting out the water over the side of the tub. He loves pulling on Daisy's ears and yelling at her "Ay!", kissing himself in the mirror and giving us, Mickey Mouse, and Daisy kisses as well, giving high-fives, waving hello and good-bye, pointing with all five fingers, pushing toys and walking behind them, and walking along and around objects. He is now standing independently and attempting a couple steps before grabbing on to something, does best if he has something in each hand. It won't be too much longer until we're chasing him around the yard. Relaxing weekend at home, working on finishing the boat storage shed and doing some painting. Our goal is to get our house painted before Jaxson's first birthday party. I cannot wait to get some landscaping done too, and get some flowers planted now that the weather is getting nice. One full week of work and then Spring Break, can't wait!
Happy Birthday to Uncle Chris!
