Jaxson's first boating adventure of 2011

He loved it!  Wasn't real excited about going fast up front with the wind in his face but once he moved back to sit with his Nana he liked it.  He got in the water with Daddy, enough to get wet before he decided he would rather watch from the boat.  He also had lots of Go-Go Buggy rides.  It was a great weekend!

Updates--
New learning:  Words:  rediculous, secret, mystery, brother, sister, friends, super fast...full of them as usual, most of the time we can tell who he picked them up from but sometimes we have no idea!  He can reply with most opposites when I give him the first word, what's the opposite of "up"?  He has started having conversations between his trucks and zoo/farm animals as he plays, so cute!  And he can tell me how many fingers I am holding up from 0-10, most of the time he counts those above 5 (but 0-5 are by recognition!).

Potty training---We're done!!  Fully potty trained for both day and night with no accidents for over a week, (except a potty accident in the boat, oops!)!  He can only make it about 8 hours at night, and has been up at 4:30 yelling that he needs to go potty, then he goes back to bed and actually sleeps in!  Now the focus is just on getting "poopy" trained!  He did not like the mess it created the few times he went in the potty.  We are getting closer each day, now he goes in his big boy undies while he is standing in the bathroom.  We'll get there. :)

New addition(s) to our house---We are looking around for refinancing information, hopefully it will become a reality within the next year!  Exciting!!!  We are going to at least double our square footage; it will be amazing!!!  And as for another baby joining us sometime soon...we are still in the discussion stage...  A newborn baby requires so much attention, how can we give a baby that much attention but continue to give Jaxson the attention he deserves and that we want to give him??  We don't want him to feel less loved or less important to us.  He is the very center of our world, everything we do or decision we make includes him.  It's scary to think about what that change may look like and feel like.

Sick---He has some kind of viral thing with a sore throat and fever, hopefully it will be gone soon!

I'm sending Evan to you when it is time for potty training. I am dreading it. Way to go Mama and Jaxson!
